We ship worldwide 

 

How long is the delivery time? 

Sweden: 1-3 working days 

Europe: 2-10 working days 

UK: 3-10 working days 

US: 3-10 working days 

Other countries: 3-10 working days 

 

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and might vary. Express delivery is available at an additional cost. Depending on the delivery method you may be required to pick up the order at a specific delivery point. You are required to pick it up within the time specified in the notification of delivery. If you do not pick up the parcel in time you may be charged a fee and the parcel may be sent back to us at your expense.

 

Can I track my order? 

Your order will be packaged and sent out as soon as possible. As soon as it has been picked up by the freight company we will activate your parcel number, after which you will receive another email or text that includes the tracking link. 

 

Which delivery option do you offer? 

 

We utilize different shipping partners, depending on the size of your order and which country you order from.

 

How much does shipping cost? 

We offer free shipping if your order exceeds 849 SEK and you are within Sweden. If you are outside Sweden we offer free shipping if your order exceeds 135 EUR. 

 

Otherwise the shipping prices are: 

Sweden : 49 SEK 

EU: 10 EUR 

UK: 10 EUR 

US: 11 EUR 

Norway: 10 EUR 

Rest of the world: 11 EUR 



What happens if my product arrives damaged?

If you think your order is damaged or faulty please reach out to info@zoleil.co with your order number, photographs and a description detailing the issue. As soon as we have received the pictures and description, we will process your request. 

 

RETURNS: 

Can I return my order? 

Zoleil offers a 14-day return period, which commences from the day you receive your package. To be eligible for a return, products must be unworn, in perfect condition, and have the security tags and hygienic protection attached. They must also include all packaging material, such as stickers and bags. Any signs of wear and use, such as stains, odor etc will not be approved and the item will be sent back to the customer at an additional charge without a refund. Please try on your ZOLEIL swimwear with your own underwear underneath.

 

How do I make a return? 

 

  • Fill out all the fields in the return form. 
  • The return number is valid for 14 days and the return must reach us within these days. 
  • Package your return securely in outer packaging so as not to damage the original packaging - with the return form and order number inside. 
  • When returning, all products must be returned in original packaging, tags and/ or labels. 
  • Make sure the parcel is securely sealed, to avoid damage
  • Attach the return label (included in your original package) and leave at your closest servicepoint. 
  •  We will contact you by email as soon as your request has been received and checked.

 

PLEASE NOTE:  Returns sent in without an approved return or complaint number will not be accepted. Any initial shipping fee will not be refunded and the return shipping will be at your own cost and will be deducted from your refund. Please remember to keep your tracking number until we have confirmed the return.

 

How do I exchange my order? 

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return steps and place a new order. 

 

FAQ 

 

Can I change or cancel my order? : No, once your order has been placed and confirmed, we can't cancel or modify it. Therefore, we kindly ask you to carefully review your order details before submitting it. 

Is it possible to change contact details or shipping address after I’ve placed my order?:  No, we are not able to change your contact details or shipping address. Please contact the chosen shipping company for further assistance.

When will I receive my refund after returning a product and what is the process?: Upon receiving and processing your returned product, we will register your refund. The refund will be issued via the same payment method that you selected when placing the order.

The product I’m looking for is out of stock. What do I do?: If a product is out of stock and you would like to be notified when it's back in stock, please select your size on the product page and select the "notify me" button. You can then enter your e-mail, as soon as the product is back in stock you will be notified by our team.
