Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide 

How long is the delivery time? 
Sweden: 1-3 working days 
Europe: 2-4 working days 
UK: 3-5 working days 
US: 3-5 working days 
Other countries: 3-5 working days 

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and might vary. Express delivery is available at an additional cost. Depending on the delivery method you may be required to pick up the order at a specific delivery point. You are required to pick it up within the time specified in the notification of delivery. If you do not pick up the parcel in time you may be charged a fee and the parcel may be sent back to us at your expense.

Can I track my order? 
Your order will be packaged and sent out as soon as possible. As soon as it has been picked up by the freight company we will activate your parcel number, after which you will receive another email or text that includes the tracking link. 

Which delivery option do you offer? 
We utilize different shipping partners, depending on the size of your order and which country you order from.

How much does shipping cost? 
We offer free shipping if your order exceeds 849 SEK and you are within Sweden. If you are outside Sweden we offer free shipping if your order exceeds 135 EUR. 

Otherwise the shipping prices are: 
Sweden : 49 SEK 
EU: 10 EUR 
UK: 10 EUR 
US: 11 EUR 
Norway: 10 EUR 
Rest of the world: 11 EUR 

What happens if my product arrives damaged?
If you think your order is damaged or faulty please reach out to info@zoleil.co with your order number, photographs and a description detailing the issue. As soon as we have received the pictures and description, we will process your request. 

International orders
We ship from Sweden, and while most EU orders arrive without extra costs, some international deliveries (like to the US, UK, or Australia) may include customs or import fees once your package arrives. These are set by your country’s customs office and are unfortunately out of our control.

International customers outside the EU may be charged customs or import fees upon delivery.
